Searching for missing persons is a public service, not a commercial enterprise.

Therefore, we will not charge you more than the stipulated daily allowance and search expenses.

Within the client's limited budget, we carefully consider the priorities of search proposals and do our best to conduct an effective search for the early discovery of missing persons.

All personal information regarding missing persons and their clients will be strictly managed.

Searches will be carried out in close cooperation with mountain rescue organizations of each administrative agency, including each prefectural police headquarters.

When searching a scene, we always submit a preliminary plan to each prefectural police headquarters and also report on it.

In addition, we will actively cooperate with other mountain rescue-related organizations to conduct searches in order to find missing persons as quickly as possible.
